DELIVERY OPTIONS
MAILED FOR YOU: Add 40˘ per copy.
Minimum 200 valid addresses. Mailed for you by 28th of month after order deadline. Includes folding, list processing,
address standardization, presort, tabbing, standard postage. E-mail one combined list in Excel format to

click here. You can update your mailing list by sending a replacement list
prior to any issue order deadline ($10 per list validation). To order extra "handout" copies shipped to you,
place a separate Shipped To You order.
MAILING LIST SERVICES
- Accept new mailing list: $39 per list
- Overwrite existing list: $10 per list
- Manipulate Excel files or data ("Database Doctor"): $50/hour (1 hour minimum)

SHIPPED TO YOU: Add 11˘ per copy.
Hawaii, Alaska orders add 15˘ per copy. Shipped UPS Ground to your office, not mailed. For residential
delivery, $10 per order will be added. Orders delivered by 15th of month after order deadline.
Shipped order quantities in increments of 100 copies only (i.e., 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, etc.)
EDDM NEWSLETTERS: Add 11˘ per copy. Hawaii, Alaska orders add 15˘ per copy. EDDM NEWSLETTERS are folded once (8.5x11),
slip-sheeted in 100s, and shipped UPS Ground to your office. For residential shipments, $10 per order will be added. All you
do is drop your EDDM NEWSLETTERS at your local post office with simple EDDM paperwork. No address labels required. No permits.
You simply pay the low EDDM postage rate. Your post office delivers your EDDM NEWSLETTERS to every door in your target area.
You save time, save money and your generate hyperlocal leads.
IMPRINT SET-UP
(one-time fee)
STANDARD SET-UP $65
Imprint set-up includes one color image (usually a photo), typeset company name and address, your name,
title(s), designation(s), slogans, phone & fax number(s). If you want specific font(s) or have a specific
layout in mind, please fax a sketch to us for review. Fee includes adding postal permits to the newsletter.
CUSTOM SET-UP $110
Imprint includes everything you get with standard set-up (see above) plus the
following options:
- 2 or more color images;
- Personalize/rename the "banner" Newsletter name that appears on every newsletter;
- Second Photos: In addition, if a customer wants to "share" an imprint with another agent or loan officer, the cost for 2 or more clients to appear on the same newsletter would fall into the custom set-up fee of $110.
ARTWORK
Artwork may be submitted via e-mail to
Newsletters@GooderGroup.com.
Send art in a JPG, EPS or PDF file format. Art files must be high resolution and may not be pulled
from a website (below print quality). Images are required to be 300 dpi (dots per inch) at 2" x 3" in
order to reproduce with clarity. Gooder Group cannot be responsible for images provided to us that fall
below our production requirements.
POSTAL PERMITS
Postal permits must be purchased from USPS for an annual fee.
Gooder Group can imprint your permits directly on the newsletter at no additional cost.
Please forward the permit information in PDF or hard copy form that is provided to you by USPS.
Note: If you do not use a Standard Mail postal permit, the cost to mail the newsletter is the current
first -class rate per piece.
RAINMAKER MY CUSTOM
RAINMAKER MY CUSTOM gives you the option to completely redesign the
bottom-half of the back page of the newsletter. The space underneath the fold measures approximately 7.5"
wide x 3.75" tall and can be utilized anyway you want or use online templates.
MY CUSTOM CUSTOM DESIGN Starts at $110
to custom design content to add to your personal Content Catalog.
MY CUSTOM ACCOUNT $17.50 per issue printed on your newsletter schedule:
Account subscribers can customize MyCustom content area on Page
4 of their newsletters every issue using standard content or custom
design. FREE Setup. (Optional: If you do not set up a MyCustom account,
a new editorial story will appear in the content area automatically
every issue at no additional charge.)

Need content for your website or blog? You can purchase electronic articles
from Gooder Group’s monthly e-Newsletter. The cost is $750 per edition for one article or all the articles
